Use of AI and Third-Party Service Providers / AIおよび外部サービスの利用
To provide our chatbot function, questions submitted by users are sent to Google’s Gemini API for the purpose of generating responses based on our published articles. We also use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to store and manage LINE User IDs, interest tags, and reminder information. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
チャットボット機能の提供にあたり、ユーザーからの質問内容は、当サイトの公開記事に基づいた回答を生成する目的で、Google社のGemini APIに送信されます。また、LINEユーザーID・関心タグ・リマインド情報の保存・管理には、Googleスプレッドシートおよび Google Apps Script を利用しています。これらのサービス提供者は、当サイトに代わってデータを処理するものであり、各社のプライバシー・セキュリティポリシーに従います。
Data Retention / データの保持期間
Reminder information is automatically deleted approximately 30 days after the registered date has passed. Anonymized question logs do not contain any information that could identify individual users.
リマインド情報は、登録された日付の経過後、約30日で自動的に削除されます。匿名化された質問ログには、個々のユーザーを特定できる情報は含まれません。
